STAR TREK: DISCOVERY was a filler, pitting a blood feud against the power of diplomacy. It was always just on the edge of exploding and teaching everyone not to turn their back on a Breen.
It is still very hard to watch this show, especially when the writers feature a “talky” episode, and a chase that never ends. Yes, there were a few exciting seconds of storytelling action, but not enough to sustain my interest. I really do just want it to be done and that is sad to say. I used to love these characters.
STAR TREK: DISCOVERY still has three more installments yet to come. Oy…this is tough to finish. I miss the sci-fi aspect, the humor, intensity, and action/ adventure details. It is not what it used to be. It is streaming on Paramount+.
