SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS S1 SERIES REVIEW 😊

SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS  was about our country’s secretive missions involving the CIA. The Lioness program trains an elite core and is led by brave, courageous women who risk their lives daily. Each episode was intense and begged the question, “Does this happen every day?”

The series boasted a stellar ensemble featuring Zoe Saldana, Morgan Freeman, Nichole Kidman, Dave Annable, and Laysla De Oliveira. Tough decisions had to be made daily while trying to balance their personal lives. So many sacrifices were made. This was not only by the men and women taking on the scum-of-the-earth terrorists but also trying to raise children or be a spouse, all while being gone at a snap of a finger, never knowing if they would return. “It is hard…so hard.” Not everyone is cut out for this life.

SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS had holes in their story to get them to the end. I am more of a fan when situations blow up in their faces. But I can say it was, for the most part, exciting and entertaining. I am in awe of their creative acting skills to place the viewers in the middle of the “SIT Room.” “Geronimo.” It is available to stream on Paramount+.
