SOUTH PARK took on the FCC and prop betting in the latest episode. However, it had a “Conflict of Interest” in tis tone, as one half focused on the satirical prop betting that can go too far, while the other was a Trump and Satan bit filled with Looney Tunes-style antics. I enjoyed both halves of this episode, but didn’t love it.
Some of My Favorite Quotes This Week:
- “Man, you just bring up Gaza to a Jew and they flip out.”
- “Just let it go – that’s how people want you to deal with a crisis that you don’t understand.”

Season 27 is less about a plot and more about poking fun at the current political climate. And because of the current political idocracy, SOUTH PARK feels relevant, inspired, and occasionally laugh-out-loud funny… even though it does overindex on poop jokes.
It’s available on Paramount+.
