SILO’s finale was shocking, exciting, and entertaining. It left viewers with thrilling thoughts to ponder over until the series returns for season two.
I loved the fact that “truths” were identified. “Cleaning” was just a waste of time. Agoraphobia and recycling chutes were frightening beyond words. The writers allowed several to be “brave and daring.” It is now impossible to “unsee what you have just seen.”
The ensemble was terrific, led by Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Robbins, and Common. I felt I was there with them battling and trying to understand why “here it is safe and there it is not.” Survival is the word to remember every day.
SILO is just getting started, I feel. It is worthy of your time and care. I know I have said it before, but I am so hooked on this creative and well-written. When a show ends, it is the biggest compliment only to have one word left in your mind… ”More.”
SILO is available to stream on APPLE tv+.
