MYTHIC QUEST makes both of us smile and laugh out loud at its absurdity. Here’s our take on the 4th season.

“The hilarious ensemble is what keeps fans returning each year. The writers are giving members of the team additional idiosyncrasies to discover. There is more mixing of personal and work life. This makes for entertaining situations, especially when a Storm is brewing in the background. Boundaries are being removed, and the Playpen gate has been thrown open. Perhaps it will never be a “safe space” again. Thank you, AI.“

“E3 did have one highlight: the always hilarious Danny Pudi as Brad educated his “mentors” about the value of money. The lessons were laugh-out-loud, and the on-brand humor audiences have come to expect from Pudi since his COMMUNITY days.“

E4 THE VILLAIN’S FEAST 🤩
“MYTHIC QUEST took fans out of the “Playpen” and into a mysterious gothic mansion on an island. It was clever, creative, funny, and still moved the story forward with twists and surprises. Way to go, writers!“

E5 SECOND SKELETON 😊
“After last week’s “game-changing” edition, things return to the status quo for everyone’s favorite game developers in MYTHIC QUEST. While there are some truly memorable moments, mostly courtesy of Brad (OPPENHEIMER-spoof), a VR baby-simulator, and Poppy’s character development, there wasn’t enough here to make it “must-see TV.”

“MYTHIC QUEST poked holes in two different scenarios. Both were hilarious, clever, fast-paced, and had an awesome, gratifying conclusion. I was “all in,” even during Poppy’s poopy diaper moment.“

“THE ROOM WHERE IT HAPPENS is the S4 turning point audiences have been waiting for. Poppy and Ian’s relationship finally experiences meaningful change, while David and Rachel go on a hilarious trip to D.C.“

“This was one of my favorite episodes of MYTHIC QUEST this season. It was a fast and furious barrage of Pootie talk, montages, blaring beats, and coming of age Pootie news.“

“If you are not watching MYTHIC QUEST, you should be. ELYSIUM is not just the title of the game expansion pack. It’s also what the characters aim to achieve in season four, and I’m hopeful they will get there.“
