MARTHA 🤩

MARTHA is an intelligent, entertaining look at one of our planet’s most powerful women, the first self-made female billionaire. It is an inspirational documentary about the rise, fall, and comeback of the indomitable Martha Stewart.

The film is shared through the viewpoint and voice of MARTHA herself, along with countless clips, photos, and interviews with those who know her best. Like MARTHA, there is no dilly-dallying in pacing. It is all about the “doing” and continuing to move forward. It is fascinating when the interviewer brings up a topic that MARTHA does not want to discuss and how she manipulates the conversation in another direction with a hand. It was well-edited and contained the good and the flawed aspects of her “perfectly perfect” life.

MARTHA created a unique picture of not a “superwoman” but an “everyday woman.” I thoroughly enjoyed watching one of our greatest influencers of all time.

It is streaming on Netflix.
