LADY IN THE LAKE S1E3 I WAS THE FIRST TO SEE HER DEAD AND THE LAST TO SEE HER ALIVE ๐Ÿ˜Š

LADY IN THE LAKE is a hard series to watch. It will not make viewers relax or cover them with warm fuzzies. Instead, it is a journey of visiting two women maneuvering within the seedier section of city life and working on a collision course at some point.

It is a dark show in both content and lighting. The emotions are raw and feel real within Cleo (Moses Ingram) and Maddieโ€™s (Natalie Portman) conundrum of life choices and where they ended up today. It is the story of thousands of women wondering where the years went and how they took a wrong turn. Within all of this, LADY IN THE LAKE is also a murder mystery begging to be solved and put to rest. Kudos to these very fine actresses.

For me, the story is slow-paced. I get it, and I want to get on with it. This makes it hard to continue watching. The jury is still out. LADY IN THE LAKE showcases the โ€œattic of a womanโ€™s life.โ€  It is not always a pretty sight.

It is streaming on Apple TV+.
