JINGLE BELL HEIST ๐Ÿ˜Š

JINGLE BELL HEIST surprised me. It was not your typical holiday rom-com. It didnโ€™t rush straight to the kiss without any thought of a plot; instead, it took its time developing characters that had depth, many layers, and heart. This was a nice change, and one that made me smile.ย

The writers did use their creative imaginations to get a feel-good ending, but it wasnโ€™t as predictable as this genre tends to be. There werenโ€™t huge, sizzling scenes. It was simply a story of two people leading desperate lives and having a kismet moment. I am not sure all the details could happen in real life, but it made for lovely story arcs. There was chemistry galore without all the mush. It had a nice, sweet payoff, perfect for the holiday season.ย

JINGLE BELL HEIST is a film for those who appreciate all the magical โ€˜ifsโ€™ that could happen during this special time of year.

It is streaming on Netflix.
