EXPATS S1 REVIEW 🤩

Here are my thoughts on the first season of EXPATS

E1-2 😊

EXPATS might be an emotional rollercoaster in episodes yet to air. For now, it is a well-done series that might pique your interest.”

E3 MID-LEVELS 😊

“EXPATS is a showcase for three women. The story allows the brilliant acting skills of Nicole Kidman, Sarayu Blue, and Ji-young Yoo. Their lives are flashed across our screens, and they share their pain and sorrows while living in Hong Kong.

E4 MAINLAND 🤩

EXPATS was compelling and intense this week. Thanks to the brilliant writing, the talented ensemble took audiences on several, deep journeys into past traumas and profound grief. It was uncomfortable and necessary to witness.

E5 CENTRAL 🤩

EXPATS presented a movie-length episode that explored the private lives and gossip behind the people employed by the Expat community. It was an emotional journey spoken in their native language highlighting loneliness and not being seen or truly valued as a human being.

E6 HOME 🤩

EXPATS ended its series uniquely and with some healing for the three storylines. They interconnected through ordinary moments in a restaurant. It was poignant, revealing, and bittersweet.

The entire first season is available on Amazon Prime Video.
