The writers have updated The Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa). They have given him wings to soar and be who he is at his core. He and Ruby Sunday (Millie Gibson) are a dynamic duo. Their emotional arcs are truly bittersweet and tender beyond words as evidenced by my tears. I adored the high energy, fast pace, homage to past Doctors, and stunning wardrobes. It was fabulous and WONKA-like entertainment.Â
DOCTOR WHO is thoughtfully fun for sci-fi fans, and I must mention the hunky guest stars. It was a well-placed moment in honor of Pride Month. Don’t miss this series. It is worth your time and admiration.Â
