Touched by an Ángel has some top-tier DEXTER moments that will propel audiences into an exciting season finale. However, it gives far too much time to supporting characters who are on-screen only to serve as plot mechanics (I’m looking at you, Harrison and Gigi 🤮).
With that said, credit does have to be given where credit is due. And the on-screen dynamic with Uma Thurman, Peter Dinklage, and Michael C. Hall more than makes up for the fifteen minutes of exposition dump to start this episode. Things kick up a notch as soon as Dexter and Charley are in a scene together (you’ll know when you see it).
Dexter is convinced that “the right amount of truth sells a good lie.” Every week, the creators of RESURRECTION give audiences just the right amount of quality TV to make it worth watching. Here’s to one final episode with everyone’s favorite Dark Passenger.
