This is the third and final season for THE KOMINSKY METHOD which featured Michael Douglas as Sandy Kominsky, an acting coach and teacher. Kathleen Turner as Roz made several guest appearances along with Morgan Freeman as himself.
There is not much I can say about the actual series without giving away wonderfully, rewarding, humorous, bittersweet moments. What I can express is how much I thoroughly enjoyed watching this final season unfold. It was like saying goodbye to old friends that I hadn’t even known very long. This is a compliment to the writers and the entire ensemble.
What I loved about THE KOMINSKY METHOD is how I was reminded it is never too late to achieve life-long dreams. It doesn’t matter if you are 25 or 75, if it is meant to happen…it will. And here’s the biggest lesson of all. Age does not diminish the amount of pride, joy, awe, and sheer glee you will feel at that exact second. All of us are really the same.
In the end, THE KOMINSKY METHOD tied up every loose string. I smiled. I cried. It was worth every minute of viewing time. I will miss being a part of Sandy’s acting class in the future, but it is available to stream on Netflix.
