THAT’S AMOR is a sweet, predictable rom-com about two unlikely people who find each other. There are no earth-shattering moments or crazy scenes… just looks of love and romance.Â
The writers didn’t create over-the-top dialogue. It was a tortoise race (slow and steady) to the obligatory chase to the airport. Was THAT’S AMOR memorable? Not particularly. It is the kind of movie a viewer would choose to settle into when hankering for an easy, nothing too deep or stressful plot. I did enjoy the simplicity of it all, especially after a stressful week. Would I recommend it? Only if you were all caught up on your favorite series or needed a mindless romp while staring into the sultry eyes of the leading man, Isaac Gonzales. Hot, hot, hot.Â
