SUGAR spilled the beans this week. It was an exciting, entertaining, and action-packed episode that will keep me coming back for more.Â
John Sugar (Colin Farrell) was a powerhouse of not taking any more shit from anyone. This kept audiences on their toes wondering who would be be hurt or killed next. I am not giving anything away, but the writers really grabbed my imagination about being observed. I don’t like that feeling and Sugar is a pro at dealing with this concept. Torture was very real and visceral as well. Yikes. Who are we as a country?
SUGAR was well-written and very intriguing. Part of me wants to stay sad, hiding out in the hotel with the dog, but then I would miss so much. Bring it on, SUGAR. I will be watching too. It is streaming on Apple TV+.Â
