STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS was a wonderful psychological, horror episode. It got all the hairs on my arm stand straight up in between all my goosebumps. It was a total surprise, very entertain, entertaining, and extremely well done. At times, it was impossible to know what was real versus a hallucination, the best part was another beloved captain was in the house.
THE GRIFFIN INCIDENT was only the second episode of season 4. If this is any indication of the caliber of story telling fans can expect, I am all in. The actors truly understand the personalities, strengths, and flaws of the fascinating characters they portray. It shows in every scene making viewers hold their breaths when they are surrounded by danger. I also so enjoy the repercussions after frightening moments dissipate and resolve. There is usually such good advice shared by those with far more experience.
STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS is so much fun to watch. The entire episode created was a well-thought out script including believable, spine-tingling seconds, acted by a stellar cast, and kept in check with tight directing and editing. Don’t say I didn’t warn you though. Beware and keep the lights on in your home while watching. It is streaming on Paramount.
