SILO is slowly weaving viewers into the sci-fi shocking second season. It continually reiterates that “Humans are not meant to live underground.” It is not an easy watch since The Order seems to have a chilling answer for everything.
Tim Robbins as Bernard just does not work for me, especially after reading the SILO novels. He is not seedy and shady enough. Common as Sims is also too nice. Antagonists need to be rolling in the dirt especially when living underground. Juliette is a dynamo thanks to the fantastic acting skills of Rebecca Ferguson. She breathes life and light into a very dark and dreary environment.
SILO is almost back on track from taking liberties and straying away from the original story. I hope the writers hover close because it is a brilliant story that doesn’t need any artistic liberties. I am a purist at heart.
