SEVERANCE gave us several nuggets of information about Lumin Corporation this week. Thank goodness. It was still a “maze” of walking, but so much more interesting and rewarding. We are beginning to see what is behind those “worker brains” of all the team members.

It is indeed an eclectic work team. Mark, (Adam Scott) Helly, (Britt Lower) Irving, (John Turturro) Dylan, (Zach Cherry) Burt, (Christopher Walken and Harmony, (Patricia Arquette) lead the way into this eerie, very strange, Sci-fi drama. I find myself sometimes just wanting to scream at what is going on and shout out for them to just stop. The question is why? The characters have such split personalities. It boggles the mind. The elevator pulls me in to their angst, confusion, and acceptance. I can’t help thinking about the + “2017”. Why should anyone have to “be forgiven for the harm they have caused the world…” It is subtle, and definitely how nightmares are created.

SEVERANCE is not for everyone. I realize this. It is a slow burning take on where our universe could be heading if we don’t literally wake up and truly see our world for what it is. Our “destiny awaits.

SEVERANCE is available to stream on APPLE TV+.
