REACHER S3 REVIEW 😊

REACHER concluded its third season of pure improbable escapism while dodging bullets from every which way creatively conceived. This series is based on Lee Child’s brain tickler novels. REACHER is a fantasy character, but according to fans… who cares?  He is funny, kind when necessary, and a killing machine to all who cross his good, moral barometer. He is built like a tenacious tank.

Alan Ritchson is REACHER. He is the body image most of us conjure up when thinking about this memorable character. Ritchson’s timing is impeccable. He is spot-on, whether it be a verbal moment or a full-fledged fight. The man can take a plethora of punches and still keep going. It is outrageous entertainment, to say the least.

I missed some of the abundance of sarcastic humor usually associated with REACHER. This quality needed to be more prevalent so the over-the-top scenarios could be digested more easily. At times, REACHER was too worked up, and that made all the machine gun deaths harder to believe.

REACHER is like being with an old friend who has your back at any cost to his well-being. Just make sure you keep an extra toothbrush handy in your home.

REACHER is streaming on Prime Video.
