PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS finally took viewers deep within the underworld. I am choosing not to give too much away, but Hades was a surprise and another twist for the dynamic trio along their quest.
Percy (Walker Scobell) is becoming stronger each week. I guess his whiny tone is growing on me. The writers are creative and conniving in their vision of the gods, which helps to move the story forward continually. It seems like Percy will have a second season to tie up all the loose, dangling threads. This series is a fun, intriguing way to entice young adults and teens to discover mythology. Kudos for the concept.
PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS have only one more episode left. Let the “battle” of god versus Demi-god begin.
