MY NEIGHBOR ADOLF is a beautifully created film set in a remote Colombian region. A grumpy man lives alone tending to his beloved rose bush and playing chess until one day, a new German neighbor arrives. This begins a mysterious journey trying to figure out the identity of the man next door. 

Spokane’s Jewish Film Festival introduced MY NEIGHBOR ADOLF to a delighted audience. The film is filled with humorous, warm-hearted, poignant moments that keep everyone on the edge of their seats until the surprising conclusion, one that most never saw coming. (Myself included. This dramatic movie shares human characteristics that we all strive to achieve, such as friendship, honesty, and forgiveness. MY NEIGHBOR ADOLF blanketed the audience with all of these feelings. It was quite simply a gem of a film experience.
