I don’t know how I missed this short documentary on Netflix from 2017. It’s the heartfelt true story of Juan Catalan accused of murder and the odd occurrences that protect him from being sentenced to death.
What makes this real-life narrative compelling are the twists that occur revealing how Juan is innocent. In the process, you should “curb your enthusiasm” as we once again see how broken our police force is.
If you have 40 minutes to spare this weekend, ignore Netflix’s THUNDER FORCE and watch this heartfelt overlooked classic instead.
