INVASION S2 REVIEW 😊

My breakdown of the good-not-great S2 of INVASION.

E1-E3

“INVASION is a sci-fi thriller that spans the globe, offering minuscule seconds of hope and beating the odds. But it is the characters that drive this series forward. How is everything and everyone connected?

E4 THE TUNNEL

“INVASION is at its best when there are crazy, wild, panicking scenes of people being chased and hunted down by these strange creatures. There was a moment or two this week. More, please.

E5 A VOICE FROM THE OTHER SIDE

“INVASION used creative CGI to push the alien’s thought patterns along. Several intense, compelling moments teased our imaginations with infinite possibilities of the unknown. Sci-fi has that special gift to lead audiences down unchartered pathways. This leaves us highly entertained…to be sure.

E6 PRESSURE POINTS

“The writers are taking their sweet time. I probably have enjoyed the first season more than where we are now. I realize the necessary ingredients are being gathered together, but I need to know and understand more at some point.

E7 DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE

“GOING DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE is spot-on in action, but audiences must wait another week to learn what lurks below the surface. All I can say is “Badoom.”

E8 COSMIC OCEAN

“INVASION is a conundrum for me. It has exciting, entertaining seconds, yet, during most of the episode, I could walk away and not miss a thing the actors haven’t already said.

E9 BREAKTHROUGH

“INVASION had a BREAKTHROUGH. The writers got the individual plot lines to collide and “connect.” It was a dreamlike episode with plenty of action…finally.

E10 OLD FRIENDS, NEW FRIENDS

“INVASION has taken its sweet time to get to this spot in dealing with the aliens. I hope we have all we need to whoop their ass. I am so ready. I am a little tired of looking at them in horror and unable to do much more.
