The craziness and quick repartee on HOME ECONOMICS is back! Yay! I sure did miss the zaniness of the characters.

It’s Thanksgiving with the Hayworth family. The siblings decide to take the pressure off their Mom and have dinner at Connor’s (Jimmy Tatro) house. However, he decides to change it up. He hires a chef and a musician to create a Caribbean-style dinner, complete with tons of sand and pineapple Mai Tai’s. This is not what Tom (Topher Grace) or Sarah (Caitlin McGee) were planning on. Chaos ensues.

This is all so typical of Thanksgiving. It is never what you think it will be, and most of the time, it is better than what you originally planned. It was great fun having the entire family together again. I see my family from years ago in many of these actors. The writers made sure to use universal themes in their dialogues and arguments. It all seemed very homey.

HOME ECONOMICS is at its best when the entire ensemble is together. Hopefully, it will continue to delight viewers with more holiday, madcap comedy. It is available to stream on ABC Television.
