It’s game night on HOME ECONOMICS, but playing took a back seat to all the drama of finding closure with a twenty-year-old crush.
It seems Connor (Jimmy Tatro) has a new girlfriend who just happens to be Tom’s (Topher Grace) old flame at Camp Caribou when he was a young teenager. If that wasn’t enough, the new girlfriend also had a moment with Sarah (Caitlin McGee) at the same camp. Is it possible to let go of that teenage baggage and angst?
All of this was going on while trying to play innocent, children’s games. The push and pull was evident and led to crazy, light bulb seconds for the entire family. The dialogue was smart and humorous, allowing everyone to feel life’s lack of control over certain situations.
HOME ECONOMICS always puts family first. This is their strength and makes all of us want to come back for more. It is available to stream on ABC TV.
