We are four episodes into the new season of FOR ALL MANKIND, and so far, it has been a waste of “space.” Look, I’ve complained A LOT about this show. And again, it’s because it has the potential to be a top ten TV series every single year. Yet, once again, the writing kills all meaningful plot progression in HOUSE DIVIDED.Â
The challenge with season four is it’s trying to introduce new characters while phasing out the original ones. And this makes sense since we’ve had so many time jumps, and the OG characters are older now. However, the new characters are not exciting. This week, we get more political soap opera drama with Eli (Daniel Stern, yelling and, well… looking “stern”) and Miles (Tobey Kebbell) making one of the dumbest decisions yet in this series.Â
It’s clear that I’ve officially started “hate-watching” FOR ALL MANKIND. So, my apologies to anyone who enjoyed this lazily written hour of television. And if you did, please justify the Mar’s rock plot. As that story was far from “solid” and didn’t even come close to “rocking” it.
