I have been labeled eclectic throughout my life. This proclivity tends to spill over in my cinema choices. I have thought long and hard at what movies this past year made me laugh, shed a tear or two, gave me something to ponder over, or jump up and move with pure abandonment. I have narrowed my list to the following eight films. I am listing them in alphabetical order simply because I love them all equally for different reasons. I am not re-reviewing them since myself or my colleagues have already done that. I will just share a passing thought about each one in hopes they will be added to your must-see 2024 movies.Â
