DOCTOR WHO showcased a completely different side to The Doctor. It was fascinating to witness the emotional trauma and toll that was ignited. It was shocking to be immersed in so much anger, though justified and understandable. The writers took the chance to push everyoneās buttons, and let The Corporationās cruelty and hidden agendas be seen by trillions in the Galaxy. It was a powerful portrayal of greed and senseless wartime takeover tactics, and I am not sure audiences ever saw Helliaās twists and turns in the end.Ā
This episode is the lead-in to āApril 24th,ā which we have been waiting for all season. Kudos for taking the audience there. I did not want it to end. I want answers now. The final frames did not bode well. The episode grabbed me, and my list of plot questions is massive. Excellent timing and storytelling.Ā
DOCTOR WHO is different this season, and my compelling interest keeps me waiting anxiously until the next episode airs. Nicely done. I am captivated.Ā
