DOCTOR WHO S2E2 LUX 🤩

DOCTOR WHO takes viewers back to 1952, where Rock Hudson’s name is on the marquee, and things look different at night, especially when considering racial boundaries. Cinema celluloid creates a living cartoon. What fun, but only if you think of yourself as Scooby Doo or Velma.

LUX was an entertaining episode. It was cleverly written, allowing the new dynamic duo to gel. The Doctor and his new companion work well together. They both are fast talkers. They didn’t waste any time jumping in, even when not invited. Their wonderment and awe of new situations complement each other. It was pure escapism, tinged with a hint of haunting.

The best part of DOCTOR WHO are the costumes. I want to live in his closet and try on everything. I can’t wait to see what’s next. And yes, the Tardis gives me hope too. Wish it would land in my garden.

DOCTOR WHO is streaming on Disney+.
