DEXTER: NEW BLOOD gives us a small inkling as to where we are headed this season. If I am right, strap in viewers, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

Dexter (Michael C. Hall) is in trouble, but no one in town knows it yet. He has to correct all his mistakes before the police dogs arrive. Dexter is running out of time, and his sister, Debra (Jennifer Carpenter) is continually giving him so much grief. (Still my favorite character)

Harrison, (Jack Alcott) Dexter’s long, lost son, is a young man who doesn’t take crap from anyone. He and Dexter make a quirky pair, and keeps you wondering who really is the “dark passenger” when they are together. Foul play is everywhere, because “blood always leads you to the truth.”

The subplot of this series is taking shape as well. Who is this masked man kidnapping and killing young teens? Is there anywhere safe to live in this country? After watching Dexter, I would definitely say “no”. It is available to stream on SHOWTIME.
