BARRY is truly going off the deep end. Of course, my colleagues have been saying that for weeks. But this time, it’s really true. Intense and unbelievable. It takes an amazing imagination to write this final season. Bill Hader has achieved it all.

There’s not much wiggle room as a spoiler-free reviewer to share. Extreme prison beatings, mob protection, rekindling, and ending relationships keep this fast-paced dark comedy moving. Hank (Anthony Carrigan) and Gene (Henry Winkler) have much to solve to find the correct answers that will keep them alive.

BARRY was about all the pivotal characters more than Barry himself. It is entertaining and exciting. It felt like everyone was racing to beat the clock. I was breathless watching. At this point, the entire ensemble understands which buttons to push to make viewers react over and over.

BARRY will not disappoint. He is on the move to correct some past moves. All I can say is, “look out”. I believe it will be a bumpy, bloody ride, but must-see tv as well. It is available to stream on HBO Max.
