In between all of this, the writers also added a lusty segment featuring Drew Barrymore and the Hot Fellas Bakery. Sexy men are always a welcome addition. Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) had another crisis, but “Miss Darcy” gave her new insights to the dating scene at 56.
The big moment with Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) finally arrived thirteen years later. People change, but Aiden (John Corbett) is still hunky Aiden. Sweet exchanges down memory lane…the good and the ugly. Carrie’s coat, however, was to die for.
AND JUST LIKE THAT… was a much more entertaining episode than in previous weeks. Maybe because I am curious about where the show is headed. Everyone seems to be searching for something new, yet they are all seeking jobs and boyfriends from their past. And now, I must ask, “Is that all there is?” In New York? In our lives? Hope not.
