AND LIKE THATā¦has me in a quandary. Carrieās Sarah Jessica Parker) the storyline feels raw and honest about the grieving process, while Mirandaās about her new self-discovery (Cynthia Nixon) is trite and insipid.Ā
CHAPTER THREE is indeed a mixed bag of āMILFgateā and cocktails in a tent. The writers are all over the place trying to decide whether they must create a moronic Miranda to balance a still secretly grieving Carrie. It was, at times, being stuck on a roller coaster of emotionally excessive whining. Please make up your mind, so I can decide if I want to go or stay. The gut-wrenching truth of the ānot spoken about the second year of grievingā saved this episode for me. If we genuinely talk about being in your 50ās, then shit will happen. It canāt be all shopping to fill empty holes or contemplate a tattoo.Ā
AND JUST LIKE THATā¦is creating holes in my heart too. I miss Samantha. It will never be the same. But for Carrieās sake, I will try one more week āstarting all over again.āĀ
