Often I found myself shedding tears for all those who had suffered a profound loss. I marveled at their insights and words of wisdom. I was caught off guard as I listened. I remembered more about my own losses than I thought I could. I realized I had more in common with vast communities of people worldwide who had also grieved for the death of their parents and child. Anderson’s guests brought me down and then lifted me up to serenity. I was inspired. I was empowered. Life and death go hand in hand. We cannot ignore this truth.
ALL THERE IS premiered months ago. It has taken me this long to feel brave enough to look at old wounds I had hidden in dark crevices. What astounds me is that I have been frequently told about how great this podcast is by acquaintances and friends. I figured the universe was trying to say something to me. Perhaps I needed to listen. Indeed, I did. This was not easy, but in the end…so worth my time and energy.
