A GOOD DAY WILL COME is heartbreaking and inspired by a true story. A GOOD DAY WILL COME is a well conceived live action short that qualified for 2025 Oscar competition. It pits Iranian protests against staying within the boundaries of the wrestling world. It is a thoughtful, creative, look at what hides behind the darkness of dictatorship and injustice. The movie is a tribute to Navid Afkari, a professional wrestler who gave his life for his beliefs. 

The music is haunting. It creeps deep into your soul while watching. The pacing is slow at times, but makes the indecisive moments very distinct and clear. The film is dark and stark. The physical pain shown, yet not seen, is unbearable, but necessary to witness. Strong statements from such minute seconds within the vastness of our universe. It is a film that deserves your time.
